»Corona and the German Constitution«
There has never been such a suspension of human rights in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany: During »Corona«, a kind of »state of emergency« occurred temporarily; the parliaments also withdrew. Recht und Politik is taking a first look at the »lockdown«. It shows that constitutional institutions, administrative authorities, media and the population have failed as »guardians of the constitution«.
